Mandatory online filing of UK Company Tax Returns

Important changes are being made to the filing process for Company Tax Returns.
These changes are due to take effect for returns filed after 31 March 2011. All the components that usually form part of the submission of UK Company Tax returns ie the return, tax computations and the statutory accounts must be filed online using a data format named Inline Xtensible Business Reporting Language (iXBRL).
